iVision, the technology integration and transformation engineers, today announced the company has been engaged to architect and implement a next-generation private cloud computing infrastructure for global law firm Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, LLP. iVision’s work will span the four continents and 18 offices where Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, LLP now serves clients, a result of the recently announced merger between Kilpatrick Stockton and Townsend and Townsend and Crew.

Drawing on the company’s talents and experience in technology transformations, iVision will provide technical leadership to guide the firm through a significant upgrade of its data centers, global network and end-user computing platform. The comprehensive engagement will include:

• The integration of the firms’ voice, data, and video networks in North
   America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
• Project and program management for the integration of
   business-critical application services.
• Remote monitoring and management of all data centers and remote
   office locations, which currently support more than 1,500 users.
