Managed partner status is awarded by Microsoft to a select number of Microsoft Gold Certified Partners.  Currently there are only 26 managed partners in the Southeast Region.  These partners must meet a stringent set of requirements, including extensive training and certification across a broad range of Microsoft competencies.  It should also be recognized that managed partners have a track record of successful deployments of Microsoft solutions to Microsoft enterprise clients.
