The technology infrastructure refresh will include a migration to the latest Microsoft Windows Server platform (Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003), implementation of centralized storage (EMC SAN), a core Local Area Network upgrade (Cisco core), establishment of solid Information Technology security practices (PKI, VPN and patch management) and deployment of Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 to ensure performance and availability of mission critical systems.
